Project Highlight – RFP360
RFP360 is a software company that has experienced great growth the last couple years. Juggling two small offices in Kansas City, RFP360 needed a workspace that would accommodate their current employees and allow room for their company’s growth. Their new 11,000 square foot space in Leawood, Kansas just across the state-line was just the right space for them and we were happy to help them bring their vision to reality.
“From the beginning, Freedom Interiors made the process about us. I know that sounds simple and intuitive, but not all places approach it like this. We spent a lot of time just talking about how we operate and the realities of our budget. Then we started looking at products and iterating on the plan. ” Dave Hulsen, Co-Founder / Chief Operating Officer
RFP360 needed an office furniture dealer who could partner with them to deliver their dream space within their budget and on time. That is exactly what they found with the Freedom Interiors design team. We spent time understanding their culture and goals for the space and created a layout that includes height adjustable desks, marker board desktops and meeting tables, allowing RFP360’s culture of collaboration to thrive.
“From a customer stand-point, seeing people work in different areas is terrific. There is an electricity when everyone is there, connecting and working together. When the landlord started bringing other potential tenants through our space, we knew we had an attractive place. In a recent employee survey, our office is a welcoming, productive, and fun place to be.” Dave Hulsen, Co-Founder / Chief Operating Officer
