Founded in 2011, Freedom Interiors designs work environments tailored to client needs and vision. In addition to furnishings and architectural products, the company provides interior design, space planning and project management services for national and international clients. Freedom’s creative teams use state-of-the-art technology and “live design,” which allows customers to visualize a design in progress using virtual reality.
Responsibilities: Espinosa, 38, leads her team in current projects and focuses on business development, such as a 2019 partnership with premier furniture manufacturer Herman Miller. To stay at the forefront of her industry, she continually researches opportunities to innovate and use the latest technologies in her work.
Innovation: Before launching her company, Espinosa worked as a project manager in the business interiors industry. When she started Freedom Interiors, she knew it was essential to bring fresh concepts to this well-established market.
Along with the interactive design process, the Freedom showroom features a future-ready classroom lab. In this space, clients experience the latest in educational furnishings, so they can plan spaces to accommodate transformations in learning technology and environments.
