Real World Learning Program Shines in Impact Academy Newsletter

Fre3dom Interiors RWL team found themselves in the spotlight, thanks to their partnership with Impact Academy and a customized real-world learning program leveraging video gaming technology to design learning spaces.

Impact Academy’s RWL program is a cutting-edge initiative based on Kauffman Foundations’ framework designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and practical application. It empowers students with hands-on experiences that prepare them for the challenges of the modern workforce. This semester, students redesigned two classrooms at Guadalupe Centers High School using video gaming tech to create powerful 3D visualizations. This collaboration not only provided students with a platform to unleash their design creativity but also offered them invaluable exposure to real-world project management and facility design processes.
