Fre3dom Showroom Redesign: Creating Spaces that Inspire

At Fre3dom Interiors, we believe in the power of space to influence mood, productivity, and overall well-being. Our journey of transforming our showroom at the beginning of 2023 was driven by the need to better align our environment with the values and needs of our team and clients. The space we had before, while functional, no longer served our evolving team dynamics and aspirations. So, we embarked on a comprehensive renovation, guided by feedback from our team members and a vision to create a showroom that truly represents who we are.
Recognizing the Need for Change
Our previous showroom had served us well for many years, but as our team grew and our projects expanded, it became clear that we needed a space that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and inspiring. The traditional layout, though familiar, began to feel restrictive. Team members expressed a desire for areas that encouraged collaboration, creativity, and comfort.
Listening to these insights, we knew it was time to rethink and redesign our showroom. We committed to creating an environment that would foster happiness and productivity, reflecting the essence of Fre3dom Interiors.
Taking Feedback to Heart
One of the most critical aspects of our renovation process was involving our team in the planning stages. We conducted surveys, held brainstorming sessions, and gathered extensive feedback on what worked and what didn’t in our current space. This collaborative approach ensured that every voice was heard and every suggestion considered.
We discovered that our team wanted more flexible workspaces and areas that could serve multiple functions. Comfort and the ability to personalize spaces were also top priorities. Armed with this valuable feedback, we set out to create a showroom that would meet these needs and exceed expectations.
Designing Happy Spaces
Our vision was to create a showroom that not only showcased our design capabilities but also embodied the concept of happy places. We designed different room concepts, such as the Mountain Room, Beach room, Desert Room, and Forest Room; each with its own unique vibe and purpose. Not only did we want to allow for more collaboration rooms to be formed, but open areas as well, showcased through our Playground and Classics Corner. From cozy, quiet corners for focused work to open, airy spaces for brainstorming and collaboration, every area was thoughtfully planned.

Our renovated showroom is more than just a workspace; it’s a reflection of Fre3dom Interiors’ ethos. Every element, from the furniture and lighting to the artwork and accessories, has been carefully chosen to represent our brand and values. The space is a living portfolio, showcasing our expertise in creating environments that blend functionality with aesthetics.
